As a music aficianado, fan, and consumer, I like the fact that in today's market I have a lot of choices of where to get and listen to music. Internet radio, Amazon.com, you tube, myspace, and other social networks, satellite and terrestrial radio, all provide me with a vast amount of seasoned and new artists' music.

However, as a music executive, it is a difficult and time consuming task to weed through so many independent artists to figure out who the next breakthrough star will be. The web is saturated with so many wannabe singers, dancers, and performers, how can I possibly listen to everyone but more importantly how can artists make themselves stand out among the masses? Although today's artists no longer rely heavily on signing with a big label they do, however, still need label resources and experience. Furthermore, the old cliche that "it is not what you know, but who you know" is still very relevant in the current but everchanging music industry.

That is where companies such as mine, M3 ENTERTAINMENT, come into play.

M3 ENTERTAINMENT is a group of PROMOTIONS and MARKETING professionals with over 20 years of combined knowledge and experience in the music, performance and entertainment industry.

Many of our Radio and Club DJs are currently hosting radio shows and mixing in clubs nightly. Our enviable position as host of the largest capacity clubs in Los Angeles, the west coast region and nationwide, with music ranging from R&B, Hip Hop, Reggae, Latin, Dance and Pop allows us to easily break new artists music and obtain instantaneous audience feedback from a large group of partygoers and music lovers.

M3 ENTERTAINMENT’s highly effective, creative and experienced street team include, college and high school interns, who take the music directly to the youth resulting in greater numbers in radio requests and sound scan ratings.
